Sometimes, when working on these sketches, I ask my anonymous compatriot (henceforth known as "Miles") to do BOTH parts and I see which one works better. Sometimes, both takes are EQUALLY good, but I go with one take over the other for a specific reason. This is the case for Haunted Real Estate. I liked both takes, which Miles as the agent and Miles as the man buying the house and, initially, I was going to release both takes, but then I liked the idea of having Fr. Ripperger as the kicker in the 3rd part and I had already established the Fr. Ripperger impression, so I went with just using Miles as the agent. In any case, here's the alternate take.
